New Athlete Enrollment
To enroll a child or teen in KEEN, click the link above.
We require our volunteers to be fully vaccinated prior to joining us at an in-person session.
To enroll your child in any KEEN program, it is important to register as soon as possible.

Enrollment Procedures:
To register your child in KEEN, please complete the online athlete enrollment form. Para obtener instrucciones sobre cómo ver la solicitud en español en Google Chrome, haga clic aqu. This is the first step to becoming a KEEN New York Athlete.
Upon receipt of the online application, athlete families will be contacted by the Program Coordinator with the New Family Orientation dates. All families must attend Orientation before registering for their first session. Email info@keennewyork.org.
